Toimitusehdot

TOIMITUSEHTOJEN SOVELTAMINEN

Rakentaja.fi -lippukauppa (jäljempänä ”Kauppa") on Schibsted Suomi Oy:n (jäljempänä ”Myyjä”, Y-tunnus: 2275579-7) tuottama ja ylläpitämä palvelu, jonka avulla asiakkaat (jäljempänä ”Asiakas”) voivat ostaa pääsylippuja tapahtumiin, minkä järjestäjänä toimii Schibsted Suomi Oy tai heidän yhteistyökumppaninsa.

Kauppa myy tapahtumalippuja yksityishenkilöille Suomen ja EU:n alueelle. Lippujen hinnat sisältävät arvonlisäveron. Myyjä pidättää oikeuden hintojen ja toimituskulujen muutoksiin. Kaikki asiakastiedot käsitellään luottamuksellisesti. Rakentaja.fi -lippukaupan teknologiasta vastaa Prospectum Oy (2353129-3), joka toimii tietojenkäsittelijänä. Maksunvälityspalvelun toteuttaja ja maksupalveluntarjoaja toimii Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) toimii yhteistyössä suomalaisten pankkien ja luottolaitosten kanssa.

Tilatessasi Kaupasta sinun edellytetään tutustuneen ja sitoutuneen voimassa oleviin toimitusehtoihin. Palvelun käyttö voi edellyttää kirjautumista tai siihen liittyvää käyttäjätiliä.

HINNAT

1. Kaupassa ilmoitetut hinnat sisältävät voimassa olevan arvonlisäveron (10%).
2. Mikäli lipun hinta on noussut tilauksen tekemisen jälkeen, mutta ennen kuin lippu on toimitettu Asiakkaalle, lipun hinta on tilauksen tekemisen hetkellä ilmoitettu hinta.
3. Ennakkolipun hinta voi olla eri, kuin tapahtuman aikana myynnissä olevien lippujen hinta.
4. Myyjä varaa oikeuden hinnanmuutoksiin.

SOPIMUS- JA TOIMITUSEHDOT

1. Osapuolia sitova sopimus syntyy, kun Myyjä on vastaanottanut lippukaupassa Asiakkaan tilauksen. Maksettuja lippuja ei vaihdeta eikä lunasteta takaisin.
2. Ennakkolippuja voi tilata ainoastaan sähköisinä lippuina. Linkit lippuihin löydät erillisestä sähköpostiviestistä, mikä lähetetään tilausvahvistusviestin lisäksi. Lippuja ei ole mahdollista saada postitse eikä niitä ole myöskään mahdollista noutaa.
3. Asiakas vastaa siitä, että antaa oston yhteydessä oikeellisen sähköpostiosoitteen, johon liput toimitetaan. Myyjä ei vastaa maksetuista lipuista, jotka on toimitettu Asiakkaan ilmoittamaan virheelliseen sähköpostiosoitteeseen.
4. Lippu oikeuttaa sisäänkäyntiin vain kerran ja se mitätöityy ensimmäisen tarkastuksen yhteydessä. Lippu on voimassa vain siinä tapahtumassa, mihin se on ostettu.
5. Alennuslipun ostaneiden on varauduttava todistamaan oikeutensa alennuslippuun tapahtuman sisäänkäynnillä.
6. Säilytä lippu huolellisesti. Myyjä ei vastaa vahingoittuneista tai kadonneista lipuista.

VAIHTO-, PERUUTUS- JA PALAUTUSEHDOT

1. Maksettuja lippuja ei vaihdeta eikä lunasteta takaisin.
2. Mikäli tapahtuman ajankohta siirrettäisiin, pyrkii Myyjä varmistamaan, että jo ostetuilla lipuilla pääsee tapahtumaan myös uutena ajankohtana.
3. Myyjä ei myöskään lunasta maksettuja lippuja takaisin, mikäli tapahtuma perutaan tai siirretään niin sanotun ylivoimaisen esteen takia. Ylivoimaiseksi esteeksi katsotaan sellainen Myyjän sopimusvelvollisuuden estävä tai kohtuuttoman vaikeaksi tekevä este, jota ei ole voitu sopimusta tehdessä kohtuudella ennakoida, ja jonka aiheuttaa jokin ulkopuolinen poikkeuksellinen este, kuten esimerkiksi luonnonmullistus, energiajakelun keskeytys, tartuntataudit (epidemia tai pandemia), viranomaisen asettama yleinen rajoitus, tulipalo, työselkkaus, kaikki tapahtumapaikkaa, tapahtumaa, olosuhteita tai syytä koskevat päätökset tai toimet, jotka tekevät tapahtumapaikan käytöstä tai tapahtuman järjestämisestä huomattavasti vaikeampia ja / tai mahdotonta, tai muu yhtä merkittävä ja epätavallinen syy.
4. Asiakas hyväksyy, että maksua ei palauteta, jos tapahtuma peruuntuu tai siirretään ylivoimaisen esteen vuoksi.
   
   

MAKSUTAVAT

1. Verkkomaksu on mahdollista Aktian, Danske Bankin, Handelsbankenin, Nordean, OP:n, POP Pankin, S-Pankin, Säästöpankkien ja Ålandsbankenin asiakkaille.
2. Luottokorttimaksu on mahdollista MasterCard- ja Visa-luottokorteilla.
3. Mobiilimaksutavoista on mahdollista käyttää MobilePay:tä ja Pivoa.
4. Rakentaja.fi järjestämien messujen pääsylippua ei voi maksaa kulttuuri- ja virikeseteleillä, -korteilla tai -sovelluksilla, sillä lainsäädännön linjauksen mukaan ne käyvät maksuna ainoastaan liikunta- tai kulttuuritapahtumiin.

Maksunvälityspalvelun toteuttajana ja maksupalveluntarjoajana toimii Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) yhteistyössä suomalaisten pankkien ja luottolaitosten kanssa. Paytrail Oyj näkyy maksun saajana tiliotteella tai korttilaskulla ja välittää maksun kauppiaalle. Paytrail Oyj:llä on maksulaitoksen toimilupa. Reklamaatiotapauksissa pyydämme ottamaan ensisijaisesti yhteyttä tuotteen toimittajaan.

MYYJÄN VASTUUN RAJOITUKSET

1. Asiakkaan tulee tutustua Myyjän Kaupassa esittämiin toimitusehtoihin huolellisesti.
2. Mikäli ostotilanteessa sattuu Asiakkaan toiminnasta aiheutunut virhe, Myyjä ei ole vastuullinen korvaamaan tai palauttamaan virheestä aiheutuneita vahinkoja.
3. Myyjä ei vastaa mistään Asiakkaalle aiheutuneesta välillisestä tai epäsuorasta vahingosta, ellei Myyjä ole aiheuttanut tällaista vahinkoa tahallisella tai törkeän huolimattomalla menettelyllään.
   
   

RAKENTAJA.FI -MESSUTUTKIMUS

1. Asiakas hyväksyy, että messujen jälkeen hänelle lähetetään ilmoitettuun sähköpostiin messututkimuslinkki. Messututkimuksella pyrimme selvittämään kävijän mielipidettä toteutuneista messuista.
   
   

TILAUSEHTOJEN MUUTOKSET

1. Schibsted Suomi Oy:lla on oikeus muuttaa sopimus- ja toimitusehtoja tai hintoja oman harkintansa mukaan. Muutokset astuvat voimaan ilmoitettuna ajankohtana.
2. Laista, asetuksista tai viranomaisten toimenpiteistä aiheutuvat kustannukset voivat korottaa hintoja määräysten voimaantulosta riippuen. Laista, asetuksista tai viranomaisten toimenpiteistä aiheutuvat kustannukset voivat myös koskea jo tehtyjä tilauksia.
3. Käyttöehtojen muutoksista ilmoitetaan viipymättä ja ne astuvat voimaan käyttöehdoissa kuvatulla tavalla.
   
   

TIETOSUOJA

1. Myyjä käsittelee Asiakkaiden henkilötietoja Schibsted Suomi Oy:n tietosuojalausekkeen sekä yksityisyydensuojaa koskevan lainsäädännön mukaisesti.
   
   

ERIMIELISYYDET

1. Myyjän ja Asiakkaan väliset mahdolliset erimielisyydet pyritään ratkaisemaan osapuolten välisillä neuvotteluilla. Palveluun liittyvissä reklamaatioissa tai erimielisyyksissä Asiakas voi ottaa yhteyttä osoitteeseen asiakaspalvelu(at)rakentaja.fi.
2. Mikäli osapuolet eivät pääse asiassa sovintoon, riita ratkaistaan Helsingin käräjäoikeudessa. Asiakas voi nostaa kanteen myös sen paikkakunnan alioikeudessa, jonka tuomiopiirissä hänellä on kotipaikka.
3. Jos erimielisyyttä ei saada ratkaistuksi osapuolten välisillä neuvotteluilla, Asiakkaan on myös mahdollista saattaa riita-asia kuluttajariitalautakunnan käsiteltäväksi, www.kuluttajariita.fi. Ennen asian viemistä kuluttajariitalautakuntaan, Asiakkaan tulee olla yhteydessä kuluttajaneuvontaan, www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi.
   
   

KULUTTAJASUOJA JA MUU LAINSÄÄDÄNTÖ

1. Näillä tilausehdoilla ei rajoiteta Asiakkaalle pakottavasta kuluttajalainsäädännöstä tai muusta pakottavasta lainsäädännöstä seuraavia oikeuksia.

Nämä sopimusehdot ovat voimassa toistaiseksi. Asiakas hyväksyy sopimusehdot ostaessaan lippuja Rakentaja.fi lippukaupasta.

APPLICATION OF THE TERMS OF DELIVERY

The Rakentaja.fi ticket shop (hereinafter referred to as the "Shop") is a service provided and maintained by Schibsted Suomi Oy (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller", business ID: 2275579-7), which enables customers (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") to purchase tickets for events organized by Schibsted Suomi Oy or their partners.

The shop sells event tickets to individuals within Finland and the EU. Ticket prices include VAT. The seller reserves the right to change prices and delivery costs. All customer information will be treated confidentially. The technology for Rakentaja.fi ticketing is provided by Prospectum Oy (2353129-3), acting as data processor. Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) is the payment processor and payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions.

When ordering from the Store, you are required to have read and agreed to the applicable terms and conditions of delivery. Use of the Service may require a login or associated user account.

PRICES

1. The prices indicated in the Store include applicable VAT (10 %).
2. If the price of a Ticket has increased after the order has been placed but before the Ticket has been delivered to the Customer, the price of the Ticket will be the price indicated at the time of placing the order.
3. The price of the advance ticket may be different from the price of the tickets on sale during the event.
4. The Seller reserves the right to change prices.
   
   

CONTRACT AND DELIVERY TERMS

1. The contract is binding on the parties when the Seller has received the Customer's order in the Ticket Shop. Paid tickets are not exchangeable or redeemable.
2. Advance tickets can only be ordered as electronic tickets. The links to the tickets can be found in a separate e-mail sent in addition to the order confirmation message. It is not possible to receive tickets by post and it is not possible to collect them.
3. It is the responsibility of the Customer to provide the correct e-mail address to which the tickets will be sent. The seller is not responsible for paid tickets delivered to an incorrect e-mail address provided by the Customer.
4. The ticket is valid for one entry only and will be invalid on first inspection. The ticket is valid only for the event for which it was purchased.
5. Those who have purchased a discount ticket must be prepared to prove their entitlement to the discount ticket at the entrance to the event.
6. Please keep the ticket in a safe place. The seller is not responsible for damaged or lost tickets.
   
   

EXCHANGE, CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS

1. Paid tickets are not exchangeable or refundable.
2. In the event of a rescheduled event, the Vendor will endeavour to ensure that tickets already purchased will be valid for the event on the new date.
3. Furthermore, the Seller will not refund paid tickets in the event of cancellation or postponement of the event due to force majeure. A force majeure event is an event which prevents the Seller from fulfilling his contractual obligations or makes it unreasonably difficult for him to fulfil them, which could not reasonably have been foreseen when the contract was concluded, and which is caused by an external exceptional circumstance such as, for example, a natural disaster, an interruption in energy supply, a communicable disease (epidemic or pandemic), a general restriction imposed by a public authority, fire, lockout, any decision or action concerning the venue, event, circumstances or cause which makes it significantly more difficult and/or impossible to use the venue or organise the event, or any other equally significant and unusual cause. The Customer accepts that no refund will take place in the event of cancellation or postponement of the event due to force majeure.
   
   

FEES

1. Online payment is possible for customers of Akta, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, OP, POP Bank, S-Pank, Säästöpankki and Ålandsbanken.
2. Credit card payment is possible with MasterCard and Visa credit cards.
3. Mobile payment methods include MobilePay and Pivo.
4. The entrance ticket to the fairs organised by Rakentaja.fi cannot be paid for with cultural and leisure vouchers or cards or apps, as the legislation stipulates that they are only valid as payment for sports or cultural events.

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) is the payment intermediary and payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card bill and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution. In case of complaints, please contact the supplier of the product in the first instance.

LIMITATION OF SELLER'S LIABILITY

1. The Customer should carefully read the terms and conditions of delivery presented by the Seller in the Store.
2. In the event of any error caused by the Customer, the Seller shall not be liable to compensate or refund any damages caused by the error.
3. The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damage caused to the Customer, unless the Seller has caused such damage by its intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
   

RAKENTAJA.FI -FAIR SURVEY

1. The customer agrees that a link to the trade fair survey will be sent to the e-mail address provided after the trade fair. The purpose of the survey is to find out what visitors think about the fair.
   
   

CHANGES TO THE TERMS OF SUBSCRIPTION

1. Schibsted Suomi Oy reserves the right to change the terms and conditions or prices at its sole discretion. Changes will take effect on the date indicated.
2. Costs resulting from laws, regulations or governmental measures may increase prices depending on the entry into force of the regulations. Costs resulting from laws, regulations or administrative measures may also apply to orders already placed.
3. Changes to the terms of use will be notified immediately and will take effect as described in the terms of use.
   
   

DATA PROTECTION

1. The Seller shall process the Customer's personal data in accordance with the Privacy Statement of Schibsted Suomi Oy and in compliance with the privacy legislation.
   
   

DISAGREEMENTS

1. Any disputes between the Seller and the Customer shall be settled by negotiation between the parties. In case of any complaints or disputes regarding the service, the Customer can contact asiakaspalvelu(at)rakentaja.fi.
2. If the parties cannot reach an agreement, the dispute will be settled by the Helsinki District Court. The Customer may also bring an action before the lower court of the locality in whose jurisdiction the Customer is domiciled.
3. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the Customer may also bring the dispute before the Consumer Disputes Board, www.kuluttajariita.fi. Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the Customer should contact the Consumer Advice Centre, www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi.
   
   

CONSUMER PROTECTION AND OTHER LEGISLATION

1. These Terms and Conditions do not limit the Customer's rights under mandatory consumer or other mandatory legislation.
   
   

These terms and conditions are valid for an indefinite period. The Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions when purchasing tickets from the Rakentaja.fi ticket shop.
